Eurobank branches adjusted for persons with disabilities

Representatives of the Inclusive Society Development Center, in cooperation with Eurobank, have participated in a project of adjusting the branches to persons with disability and provide free inclusion into all aspects of social life. In that manner, we are making our Branches acceptible for all.

Vasina branch in Belgrade is an example of the first branch in the region adjusted for the unlimited banking transactions for persons with disabilities. Branch in Boulevard Mihajla Pupina in Novi Sad and Boulevard Zorana Đinđića in Niš are also reconstructed in 2007. The project of adjusting branches has been designed in accordance with principles of the Universal Design of the European University for Design and Disability, i.e. in accordance with principles of the UN International Convention on Protection and Promotion of the Rights and Dignity of Persons with Disabilities.

Eurobank has, in cooperation with the CRID, conducted an expert training for employees in branches in order to approach disabled individuals in a proper manner. On this way, bank wish to contribute that disabled individuals are equally treated within the society.
